You will find your previous orders in the private client area. Log in with your username and password for details on your previous lasts, models and sizes.
I placed an online order and would like to modify some of the details, how should I proceed?

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team and let us know the order number you would like to cancel. We will check if it is possible to stop the shipment before our warehouse processes your order.
I placed an order for a custom made order and would like to make some changes on the order, it is possible?
Our team launches the manufacturing of any custom made order the next working day after your order is placed to avoid any delays with your delivery date. Please let us know within the next 24 hours after your order, should we receive the request after this timeframe we might not be able to modify your order.
My custom made shoe did not turn out exactly as I ordered, how should I proceed?
We will very gladly review your order and check if there are any discrepancies with your request. Please forward us some pictures of your item along with your order confirmation to our customer service team.
