Italian shoes Company is a firm believer in the fact that customer satisfaction is of primary importance. We help in aiding you in the best of ways possible. Our cancellation policy is also quite liberal, and has been described as under:
1. Orders, once placed, are final and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This includes customized orders, standard deliveries, and same-day deliveries.
2. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the ISC marketing team has obtained on special occasions and festivities, like Pongal, Christmas, New Year, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers, hence, cancellations are not possible.
3. Albeit it’s quite rare, if you receive a damaged or a defective product, you can contact our customer service team for the same. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 12 days of receipt of the products.
4. We value your expectations and desires. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
5. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to the customer service team. They will help you in all the ways possible.
