DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders placed before 1 PM (IST).will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM (IST). will ship the next day. Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Standard, Rush, and Next Business Day packages are sent via Bluedart Delhivery & Fedex depending on the shipping address and package size. Most orders up to two pairs of shoes or one boot ship Bluedart. Most larger orders ship Delhivery .

Standard Delivery FREE*
Free standard shipping for all continental Indian orders. Standard Shipping transit times are usually 7-15 Working Days . Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Expedited Delivery
Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 PM (IST). Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Next Business Day Delivery*
Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 1 PM (IST). Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes or VPO . Pre-order/backorder items will ship as they become available.
Sales Tax, VAT, GST (INDIA)
Orders shipping to India will be charged GST of 18% will be added to all orders shipping to India. GST is Inclusive in Sale Price.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped from India.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 30 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipping rates will be a flat fee of $59. GST of 5% will be added to all orders shipping outside India

Customs Delays, Rejections & Seizures
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are legal and permitted for import in their destination country.
We are not liable for:
• Shipments delayed, returned, or seized by customs
• Orders rejected due to local import restrictions
• Losses arising from non-compliance with destination country regulations
In such cases, product cost, shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to high International shipping costs, we do not accept returns on international orders unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos (and an unboxing video, if available)
• Claims reported after this period may not be accepted
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

• Final charges may vary based on currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider
• Any foreign transaction or conversion fees charged by your bank are the buyer’s responsibility
