Exchange Policy

Free Domestic Returns & Exchanges

1. Log in to your account on
2. In “My account” you will see a link on the left menu that says “My Orders”. Once there select the order you want to return.
3. In the top right corner, you will see a link that says “Request Return”. This will begin your return process.
4. After you request a return, you will be sent a PRE-PAID return label for you to send the items back to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or refund items that have been worn, scuffed, or otherwise show signs of wear**, monogrammed, stretched or personalized in any way. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Kickstarter orders cannot be returned for a refund, but they can be exchanged. In the Case Of size exchange, courier charges need to be beard by the customer.

For domestic exchanges, we will issue you a refund back to the account of your original purchase so you may purchase any replacement you would like. Special pricing and offers from original order will be carried over to your next order. Please be sure to include in you return your original offer or promotion so one can be sent to you along with your refund.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Include your order receipt with your return. This paper was sent to you with your original order. You can also find it under the My Account -> My Orders section of once you log in.

Important Things To Know Before Your Return & Exchange

We can only accept for exchange items that are in factory mint condition and in their original packaging. Shoes must not have any wear/scuff marks on the outsole or upper, and must not have been altered in any way. Belts must not have been cut, holes added, or altered in any way. Items received that are not in factory mint condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If you are not sure if your items satisfy the condition requirement, please email us to with a picture of your item. Make sure to include in the subject line: CONDITION INQUIRE ORDER # [INSERT YOUR ORDER NUMBER]

We strongly encourage you to take pictures of your items before shipping them back to us. For shoes, make sure to take high-quality pictures of both the upper and the outsole so that the entire surface area is visible.

**Actually colors may vary. This is due to the fact that different computer monitors have different capabilities to display color, and that different lighting conditions may have an effect on the appearance of the color of the shoes. We try to edit our photos to show the shoes as like-like as possible. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
