Loyalty Program

• Register with your Indian mobile number. One number, one account — each customer is eligible for a single membership.
• Update your birthday and anniversary right after registering, and keep your details accurate.
• Membership is personal and non-transferable.
• These terms supersede all previous loyalty programmes.

• Your tier is determined by cumulative lifetime spend from the moment of enrolment.
• Maintain your tier with a qualifying spend within 365 days of your last purchase; otherwise the tier is reassessed.
• Any tier adjustment takes effect immediately, within the current billing cycle.

• Points are earned as a percentage of purchase value, set by your membership tier.
• No points accrue on products or invoices where the discount exceeds 30%.
• No points accrue on purchases against a management-authorised or employee discount reference.
• Points are not earned on transactions made before the programme commenced.
• Points are not applicable for earning or redemption on purchases through third-party platforms, distribution boutiques or other sales channels.

• 1 point = ₹1, redeemable from your next purchase onward.
• Points redeem against full-priced merchandise only; discounted items are not eligible.
• Redemption cannot be combined with any other privilege, including birthday or anniversary offers and gift vouchers.
• Points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.
• Points are valid for 365 days from the date of accrual and expire thereafter.
• Tell the store team you are a member before billing — nothing can be modified once the invoice is generated.

• Applies to a single purchase at MRP on full-priced collections during your milestone month.
• A unique privilege code is sent to your registered mobile number 10 days before the occasion, valid for 30 days from issuance.
• Present the code at the boutique before invoicing. No modifications are possible after the invoice.

• Valid in India. Points may be accumulated on our official website, while redemption is exclusively in boutique.
• Redemption is available at select company-owned boutiques and flagship stores.
• Purchases at airport boutiques qualify for accumulation but are not eligible for redemption.

Points earned on returned purchases are revoked, with adjustments based on your current tier status.

By enrolling, members consent to receive promotional communication on their India-registered mobile number, including numbers listed under DND services, during and beyond the programme tenure.

We may refine our data privacy and protection policy at our discretion. Significant updates will be communicated by email or other channels, and continued participation signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

• The brand reserves the right to refine, modify or discontinue programme benefits, terms or features at its sole discretion without prior notice, and may instruct boutiques or partner establishments to discontinue a membership as necessary.
• Members agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any liability, loss or damage arising from their action or omission.
• This is a promotional programme; the company bears no responsibility for claims relating to loss or damage incurred by members.
• All matters relating to this programme are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali.
