We make handcrafted leather footwear for men — loafers, oxfords, boots, slippers and belts, cut and finished by hand in full-grain, suede and exotic-embossed leather.

Every pair is offered in a leather or rubber sole, across a size run from 5/39 to 10/44, in a colour range that runs well past black and brown.

Pairs retail between ₹14,999 and ₹23,999. High ticket, low return rate, and a customer who comes back for a second pair.

A man who walks in for a wedding oxford leaves with a belt. Our partners carry the full leather basket, so a single walk-in closes across lines instead of ending at one pair.

Loafers

Penny, tassel and hybrid suede. The volume line — and the one that repeats in a second colour.

Oxfords

From ₹22,945

Brogue, wingtip, cap toe and matte dress. Weddings, boardrooms, and the highest ticket on the wall.

Slippers

H-cut and ostrich-embossed slip-ons. Easiest first purchase for a customer testing the brand.

Biker and croco-textured leather. Moves in winter and in the north — plan the buy by geography.

Cut, lasted, finished by hand

Full-grain and suede uppers, hand-finished burnishing, leather or rubber sole on the same last. You aren't reselling a carton — you're selling something a customer can feel in the first ten steps.

Before you apply

Straight answers

Do I need footwear retail experience?

It helps, but it isn't a filter. Several partners came from menswear, tailoring or general retail. What matters more is a site in the right catchment, the patience to sell a ₹20,000 pair properly, and staff willing to learn fit.

Which sizes do I have to stock?

Your opening buy is planned with you, not pushed at you. Depth sits in 7/41 to 9/43 where most of the demand is; 5/39 and 10/44 are kept thin and replenished on order. The split between leather and rubber sole is decided by your city.

Is the territory exclusive?

Exclusive stores get a protected catchment written into the agreement — we won't appoint another exclusive partner inside it. Shop-in-shop counters run non-exclusive, since the format and investment are different.

Is there a franchise fee or royalty?

No franchise fee and no royalty. You pay a refundable security deposit, invest in your fit-out and stock, and earn on the margin. We make money when you sell, not when you sign.

What happens to sizes that don't move?

Slow-moving articles and odd sizes can be rotated back within the terms in your agreement, subject to condition and original box. Your territory manager reviews the run every quarter so it rarely reaches that point.

Can I sell online too?

The brand's own e-commerce stays with us, so your store isn't undercut on price. Local demand generation — WhatsApp, Instagram, corporate gifting in your city — is yours to build, with co-branded creative from our side.
