to start with i received the wrong pair of shoes and then the customer care numbers that they have provided don’t give the right information. Now they have taken my wrong shoes back and also my money of 13000/- and its been over 20 days, i have not got my actual shoes and when sent a message they reply stating please wait your order will come as if they are doing a great service for us.
Boots are nice. But but wide at the front per size Standard. Looking at the pic on website felt the same and had specifically requested to narrow the boots from front. Loose a bit at the front part of foot. However, overall material quality and finishing is top class. Am still receive the freebies which were supposed to be delivered with the order. Customer service has already logged-in the request and assured that the freebies will be delivered once they are in stock. Thanks ISC.

I ordered a shoe from an Italian show company that is much, much better than I thought.
Thing about buying shoes online is that everything about it could be right and as advertised but still something will not feel right . Even though I like the shoe , I still believe it is pointy more than I prefer . In pictures on website it comes out as rounder around the toes . But quality is good . So far . Let’s see how it is 1 year from now .
Shoes shine is good and of superior quality including the material is superb.
The service and customer care are polite and customer friendly.
