I ordered a CUSTOMISED SHOE, TRIPlE STITCH SNEAKERS, on 20 April 2026, valued at USD 225. I had lengthy discussions with the sales person, highlighting every customisation I require, and they agreed they could do it. Each customisation request was duly noted and I was told it would take 15-20 days to produce
I accepted and paid accordingly.
I have proof of all the communication with the staff.
I made a followup enquiry about the progress of my shoe towards the end of April and was told it was still in the making. Which was perfectly fine.
I received the shoes overseas on 4 May 2026 via FEDEX, which was surprisingly quick. The shoe was however dispatched on 24 April, literally 4 days after I ordered it, which is obvious that there was no customisation possoble withon that time-frame. The sales person lied that it was being produced at the time i made the follow-up after 24 April. It is now evident that they simply shipped off a ready-made shoe off the shelf. It goes without saying that the shoe I received was totally wrong with ZERO CUSTOMISATIONS and none of what i asked for was supplied.
Ive been having to and fro communications with them, but to no avail this far.
They are now making all sorts of excuses as I demanded a new pair as per my order, or a full refund.
If they claim to be an honorable company, and considering they have acknowledge their mistake on their end, they cannot force the customer to accept a shoe that they did not order.
They should simply Refund or send a correct pair of shoes.
Avoid this company. They are scammers and will rush to take your money, but there is absolutely no recourse you will have if things go wrong.
Absolutely disappointed and appaled at this. They pretend to be BIG by advertising celebrities on Instagram, but dont be fooled by this, neither by the branding ITALIAN SHOE COMPANY.
What works : Great looks , fairly decent fit , comfortable to walk in , is a show stopper. What doesn’t work : creaking noise whilst walking , too glossy

Got these boots last week and I’ve already worn them twice. The leather looks premium and the fit was perfect for me. Not too heavy and easy to walk in. Overall a good purchase.
The slipper that was delivered is a different color than what was shown. The quality is also very poor. The packing was very bad, and the finishing of the slipper is also poor. It looks like a duplicate slipper.
