Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects (if replacement is unavailable), wrong product delivered (if correction is not possible), order cancelled within the permitted window, or if the order cannot be fulfilled. Minor handmade variations are not eligible for refunds.

We understand that luxury is defined by the perfect fit. Exchanges are allowed once, within 48 hours to 7 days of delivery, provided items remain in factory-mint condition (unused, uncreased, belts unaltered, shoes tried only indoors). All shipping and handling fees are borne by the customer. Price differences must be settled before dispatch; lower balances will be issued as Store Credit.
