Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Do not buy from this seller.
The product delivered is completely different from what was shown in the photos on their website. The size is wrong (one size bigger), the colour and elastic stitching do not match, the sole design and colour are different, and the padding and overall finishing are extremely cheap and poor quality. It looks nothing like the advertised product.
Before placing the order, they clearly promised a full refund if the product was not the same as the photos. I have chat proof and call confirmation of this. As soon as I received the item, I shared clear photos and videos as evidence. After that, they completely stopped replying—no response, no refund, no pickup.
This is deliberate misrepresentation and deceptive selling. They take your money and then ignore you. Very bad product, very bad service, and dishonest people. Avoid this store at all costs.

The shoes are nice but expensive. All leather sole also makes them a bit slippery on smooth surface. Need to provdie partial rubber sole option for better grip.
