I had placed the order on 6th Feb 2026 for a jacket worth Rs. 16,000/- and inspite of repeated follow ups on email and telephone there was no update on the dispatch of order. After a while they stopped picking up the calls also. On 7th July 2026, after 5 months of placing the order I got an email from Italian show company saying my order has been dispatched with a BlueDart tracking number and today is 22nd July 2026 and o still have not received the order. The BlueDart tracking no on website still shows that “Pickup employee is out to Pickup shipment”
Don’t know when will I receive the order and if I will receive it also or not is a big question mark. I have totally lost hope on receiving the order or the refund for the same. I have written off the Rs. 16,000/- paid for the order as loss.
First they took 5 months to dispatch the order and now since 15 days the order is just being picked up by BlueDart. I simple don’t understand how this company is functioning.
I will never ever order anything from them nor would recommend them to anyone.

I am very picky about my shoes and I can tell you with absolute certainty that the most significant fact about their product is comfort . Whether is a leather monk straps or their welted loafers they are very durable with the right shoe care . I love this brand .
